We celebrated Whitney's birthday on her actual day. Ryan and Lorelei and Becky and Jack came over for dinner, present opening, and cake. It wasn't a super big party, but she seemed to enjoy her day. With her birthday being so close to Christmas it was hard to get all of the family together to celebrate. It was still a very special day for her.
Jack and Elliot were getting antsy for cake so Grant tied them over with a cookie while they waited.
Of course Elliot had to help with opening the gifts. He was so cute about it though. He made sure she saw what she got and then asked her if she liked it.

And her cake!!! She woke up around 2:00 in the moring and was up for about an hour. Pretty sure she had a sugar high!

Hurray - the pictures I've been waiting for! Whitney looks very excited in all of them and she is adorable as usual (her hair is getting really long!).
